  • Terroir Gin

    Country: United States

    ABV:  90 proof/45%

    Brand: St. George Spirits, Inc.

    Spirits Type: Gin

Taste: Earthy Wood, Citrus and Sage

    Price Category: $

Intensely flavored gin of the forest floor.   To achieve this flavor, a neutral spirit is made from wheat, rye or barley, then a unique distilling process to infuse flavor from a variety of herbs and spices including foraged Douglas Fir tips from a Mendocino County forest (California).

  • Mount Rigi Kirsch Liqueur

    Country: Switzerland

    ABV:  40 proof/20%

    Brand: Mount Rigi

Spirits Type: Amaro, Aperitif & Vermouth

Taste: Sweet cherries with a dash of citrus

    Price Category: $

Mellow and sweet, this liqueur tastes of sweet cherries and light citrus.  This kirsch liqueur is made from cherries that have been mashed and fermented then distilled.  Botanicals and herbs are added to steep in the distillate then filtered and water from the Swiss Alps and sweeteners are added to balance the flavor and alcohol content.

  • Blue Curacao

    Country: United States

    ABV:  54 proof/27%

    Brand: DeKuyper

    Spirits Type: Liqueur/Cordials/Schnapps

Taste:  Syrupy sweet dried orange peel with slight bitterness

    Price Category: $

De Kuyper Blue Curacao is a liqueur made by redistilling spirits with bitter citrus peels and adding sugar producing a sweet citrus flavored liqueur.  The blue additive creates its distinct color appeal.

  • Roasted Grapes

White grapes provide a very clean, sweet and slightly acidic flavor.  Freshly muddled or juiced white grapes is the best way to get the most impact from the acidity in white grapes as well as a fresh, vegetal flavor, but if fresh white grapes are not available, consider adding lemon juice for balance.

Roasting grapes concentrates and caramelizes the sugars, flavors and aromas of grapes.  This gives the grape a stronger impact and provides a silkiness when juiced or muddled into a cocktail.

    To Make Roasted White Grapes:

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Separate a bunch of white grapes and coat with a dash of oil, sprinkle with a little bit of salt and place into the oven and roast for 30 minutes.

  • Rose Water

Very floral, a little bitter, and ever so slightly peppery.  Rose water is made by steeping roses in water and then distilling it to separate out any impurities and remove the color.

  • Mint and Glitter Oil

A fun way to suspend color and flavor on top of a drink.  Mint Oil provides an aromatic, textural, and flavor enhancement a top almost any cocktail.

    4 oz Fresh Mint

4 oz Neutral liquid oil like liquid coconut oil

Prepare an ice bath in a medium sized bowl and set aside.  Fill a small saucepan 75% full of water.  Bring to a boil.  Drop fresh, cleaned mint into the boiling water for 1 minute, strain out of boiling water and immediately plunge into ice bath.  Strain out of ice bath and set onto clean cotton or linen towel.  Press to remove excess water then place into a blender with 4 oz of liquid coconut oil.  Blend until liquified and pour into a glass jar, seal and store in a dark place for 24 hours.   Using a coffee filter, strain out green mint oil into a clean and dry dropper bottle.  Store in a cool, dark place.
